With a unique background in a variety of asset classes, Bo has extensive experience in sourcing off-market deals and is responsible for all aspects of new business generation. He also oversees the complexities of zoning, re-positioning and contract negotiations for the firm’s more challenging investments including CDD holdings and Brownfield properties.
After graduating from the University of Florida in 2004, he began his professional career in Washington D.C where he worked for KLNB Retail, a regional real estate brokerage and retail development firm. There he focused on leasing, sales, disposition and tenant representation. In 2009 he moved to New York where he provided in-house leasing and management services for a Brooklyn-based family office.
Shortly after joining KCP in 2013, Bo relocated to St. Petersburg, FL. There he manages the firm’s regional investments while creating strategic partnerships with local developers and investors, usually on the golf course.
